You need the .NET Framework 4.0 to run iLaunch Server, you can get it here :

You need iTunes (and particularly “Bonjour”) to use automatic server setup.

This is not the final release of iLaunch Server for Windows,
this is a release candidate (beta), some bugs can be present, for troubleshooting
use the contact page on the site.
